Colleyville Home Backup

Terms of Use

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Plain-English summary. Colleyville Home Backup connects local homeowners with one licensed, insured installer for home battery backup. We are not ourselves an installer, electrical contractor, manufacturer, utility, lender, or licensed advisor — the design, permitting, and installation are performed by the independent installer, and any agreement is between you and that installer. We don't guarantee prices, savings, or outcomes.

1. Acceptance

Important dispute notice. These Terms include binding individual arbitration and a waiver of jury trials and class or representative proceedings. Read Section 14.

By using this website or submitting a consultation request, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. The service is operated by TIGADONAMAX LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

2. What Colleyville Home Backup is — and isn't

Colleyville Home Backup is a local service that helps homeowners arrange home battery backup by connecting them with a single independent, licensed, insured installer, and by scheduling and coordinating that installer's consultation.

We are not a licensed electrical or solar contractor, equipment manufacturer, utility, lender, or licensed energy, tax, or financial advisor. The design, permitting, and installation of any system are performed by the independent installer, not by us. We do not sell, install, service, or finance equipment, and we do not provide professional advice.

3. Information only — not professional advice

Content on this site (including cost ranges, sizing guidance, and permitting or utility information) is general information that changes over time and may not reflect your situation. Prices, product suitability, and any incentive amounts and eligibility change — verify current details with the installer, the manufacturer, your utility, or the relevant agency before making decisions.

4. Eligibility and how it works

The service is for homeowners aged 18+ in the Colleyville / Northeast Tarrant County service area. When you submit a request, we provide it to one local installer so it can respond. We do not guarantee that the installer will contact you, provide a quote, or offer any particular price or timeline.

At your direction, the installer receives your request only so it can respond and handle related purposes under its agreement with us. We may receive compensation from that installer. We do not sell your personal information or share it with a lead marketplace or multiple installers.

5. No guarantees

  • We don't guarantee any quote, price, savings, financing approval, incentive eligibility, or installation outcome.
  • We don't guarantee that the installer will respond or that any product is right for your home.
  • Information may contain errors or become out of date; we provide it "as is."

6. The independent installer

The installer we connect you with is an independent third party, not our employee or agent. We do not endorse, warrant, or take responsibility for its advice, quotes, workmanship, products, pricing, licensing, or conduct. Any contract, purchase, or dispute is solely between you and the installer. We recommend you verify licensing, insurance, reviews, and quotes yourself.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current information, and only submit your own details (or those you're authorized to submit).
  • Confirm you are the homeowner or are authorized to request work for the property.
  • Use the service lawfully and not for any fraudulent or abusive purpose.

8. Consent to be contacted

By submitting the form with the consent box checked, you give prior express written consent for Colleyville Home Backup and the one local installer your request is provided to, to contact you as described in our Privacy Policy, including by automated dialing technology, prerecorded messages, and text. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to revoke SMS.

9. Intellectual property

The Colleyville Home Backup name, content, and design are owned by TIGADONAMAX LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission, except as needed to use the service normally.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, submit false information, or use the service to violate any law or third-party right.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the installer, products, or results.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither you nor TIGADONAMAX LLC will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This exclusion and the cap below do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of data-security or confidentiality obligations, infringement, personal injury, or any liability or statutory remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

For all other claims, each party's aggregate liability is capped at the greater of US $500 or the amounts the claimant paid Colleyville Home Backup during the 12 months before the relevant event.

13. Indemnification

You will indemnify TIGADONAMAX LLC, its members, and service providers against third-party claims to the extent directly caused by your knowing unlawful use, intentional submission of another person's information without authorization, or material breach of these Terms. This excludes claims caused by our negligence, willful misconduct, or legal violation. We will give prompt notice. You may control the defense with counsel reasonably acceptable to us, and no settlement may impose liability on you without your consent.

14. Governing law, arbitration, and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, while non-waivable consumer protections of your home state remain available. Before starting arbitration, either party must send written notice describing the dispute and requested relief. Send notices to [email protected] and the address in Section 17. The parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute for 30 days after receipt.

If unresolved, either party may require binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration is on an individual basis only. The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies a court could award, and judgment on the award may be entered in a court with jurisdiction.

Individual proceedings and jury waiver. You and Colleyville Home Backup waive trial by jury and agree not to bring or participate in any class, collective, consolidated, representative, or private-attorney-general proceeding. The arbitrator may grant relief only for the individual claimant.

Either party may bring an eligible individual action in small-claims court. Nothing prevents a complaint to a government regulator or agency. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out," your name, and a clear opt-out statement within 30 days after first accepting these Terms.

If the class or representative waiver is unenforceable for a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy will proceed in court and the rest remains in arbitration. Otherwise, an unenforceable part is severed and the remainder enforced. Court matters permitted here must be brought in state or federal courts in Wyoming unless applicable law requires another venue.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms prospectively from the stated effective date. We will provide prominent advance notice of material changes. Material changes to dispute resolution, liability, or data use do not apply retroactively. The Terms in effect when a dispute arose govern that dispute.

16. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.
