When you request a consultation, your details go to one local installer so they can respond — they are never sold, never shared with a lead marketplace, and never handed to multiple companies. You can opt out of contact at any time and ask us to delete your information, subject to limited consent and suppression records we keep to honor your opt-out and prove compliance.

5. Calls and texts (your consent)

At your direction, we disclose your request to the one installer identified to respond. We may receive compensation from that installer (for example, a fixed monthly marketing fee or a referral fee). That disclosure is made to provide the service you requested; it is not a sale of your information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use only the strictly necessary technology required to run and secure the website. We do not use advertising cookies. If we measure site usage, we do so in an aggregate, privacy-respecting way. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some may affect how the site works.

9. Your privacy rights

We generally retain a request that was not passed to an installer for approximately 90 days; request records disclosed to an installer for approximately 24 months after the last interaction; consent evidence for approximately four years after the last call or text (longer if a claim or investigation is pending); and basic server/security logs for approximately 13 months. We then delete or de-identify the information, subject to legal needs.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children's privacy

The service is intended for adult homeowners (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. International data transfers

We operate in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the US, which may have data-protection laws different from those where you live.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
